New Patients

We love helping patients get answers to their health concerns. Your first visit will be a consultation with the doctor.  This is designed for you to share your health problem with either Dr. Sarah Johnson or Dr. Lisa Strickland. During your consultation and posture assessment, the doctor will determine if you are a candidate for NUCCA Spinal Care, Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression or both. If we think we can help you, our doctors will recommend the next step.  If you are not a candidate for our care, you will receive a referral to an appropriate healthcare provider. Our primary goal is to assist you in getting the help that you need.

  3. How much will my treatment cost?

New Patient Forms

Patients often ask us if they can complete their new patient paperwork online or in advance. We keep it simple! Our new patient forms can be sent to you digitally. You will receive a link via text to complete your registration forms . We’ll have you take care of it ahead of time, so you can use your time more effectively.
